California Rodeo Salinas is proud to announce that People’s Choice Award-winning country music artist Keith Urban will be headlining the 2024 Big Week Kick-Off Concert next year. Urban also received many other awards, including a Grammy, ACM, CMA, and AMA. California Rodeo Salinas announced a collaboration with Taylor Farms via multiple social media posts.
Urban is a well-recognized name as he has garnered fame in the form of over 40 top ten singles. His hit songs have obtained more than 100 million Spotify streams, launching his name into mainstream pop culture. Urban’s fans also know him from the immensely popular television contest show American Idol, where he has served as both a mentor and a performer over the years.
Among the most well-known songs in his extensive catalog are “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” “Wasted Time,” and “Somebody Like You.” Urban is also recognized for his colorful duet with pop singer P!nk, “One Too Many,” and chart-topping single “Long Hot Summer.” Urban’s listeners genuinely appreciate his no-nonsense blue-collar approach to his music and the energy he brings to the stage.
According to California Rodeo Salinas, Urban is set to headline the concert, which will take place on July 12, 2024. Tickets to the event will go on sale online only at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 1. Interested buyers can purchase tickets at carodeo.com. Urban is one of the most well-respected musical artists in the world and was recently inducted into the Nashville Songwriter’s Hall of Fame. The country artist also just completed his first residency at Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. In 2023, Urban also performed for ESPN’s Formula One Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix and the finale of NBC’s The Voice. Furthermore, 2023 also saw Urban bring back the “All For The Hall” benefit concert for the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
Fans of Keith Urban’s music are well aware of the artist’s historic achievements with the release of his album “The Speed of Now Part 1.” This album, featuring his hit duet with P!nk, not only marked his fourth consecutive #1 album debut in the United States, Canada, and Australia — an unparalleled accomplishment among his peers — but also showcased his ability to blend musical styles seamlessly. As Urban prepares to bring his authentic passion and unique blend of country and pop to the Big Week Kick-Off Concert, his fans eagerly anticipate a performance that promises to be as dynamic and groundbreaking as his record-setting album.
