San Diego, CA – The Academy of Our Lady of Peace (OLP) is thrilled to announce its 10th Annual Women’s Symposium, slated for March 8th, 2024. This milestone event reaffirms OLP’s dedication to advancing young women in academia and leadership, continuing a legacy of empowerment spanning 142 years.
This year’s symposium, themed “Together We Rise,” promises a powerful convergence of voices addressing critical workplace concerns. Open to parents, guardians, alumnae, and the community, the event offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights and foster meaningful connections.
Highlighting the rich tapestry of OLP’s history, the symposium features a lineup of over 30 speakers, including renowned leaders in public policy, healthcare, and fashion. Emmy Award-Winning Journalist Rocsi Diaz will kick off the event with a keynote address, followed by panel discussions featuring accomplished women leaders such as Kimberly King, Founder and CEO of KKM, Christine LaMarca, President of the California Rental Housing Association, and Lauren Fisher, Nike Represented CrossFit Athlete and Entrepreneur behind Grown Strong.
