IVI RMA North America, a recognized leader in fertility care and assisted reproduction, has expanded its reach in Southern California. It has acquired three renowned fertility clinics: Reproductive Health and Wellness Center (RHWC), Rise Fertility, and Halo Fertility. The clinics were previously part of Global Premier Fertility’s network. The financial terms of this acquisition remain undisclosed.

A Move to Enhance Fertility Care

This acquisition marks a significant expansion for IVI RMA North America, aligning the global fertility powerhouse with clinics celebrated for clinical excellence, cutting-edge technology, and patient-focused care.

“All three of these organizations are recognized for their outstanding clinical outcomes, research orientation, use of the latest assisted reproduction technologies, personalized treatment approaches, and innovative care—and we are thrilled to welcome them to the IVI RMA family,” said Lynn Mason, CEO of IVI RMA North America.

By integrating these clinics into its network, IVI RMA aims to combine its global expertise with the strengths of local leaders, elevating the standard of care for patients in California.

An Overview of the Clinics and Their Leaders

Each of the three clinics brings a unique legacy of success, achieved through their fertility specialists.

Reproductive Health and Wellness Center (RHWC), based in Laguna Hills, is spearheaded by Dr. Marcus Rosencrantz, a double board-certified fertility specialist recognized as an Orange County Top Doctor for five consecutive years. Dr. Rosencrantz emphasized the potential of this partnership, sharing, “The RMA Network is a perfect fit for RHWC. They are the largest group in the world devoted exclusively to human reproduction technology, leaders in fertility research, and they extend the highest quality of fertility care to their clients.”

Rise Fertility, with locations in Newport Beach and Mission Viejo, is led by the nationally acclaimed Dr. Sanaz Ghazal. Her clinic is renowned for offering personalized treatment plans and exceptional patient experiences. Reflecting on the transition, Dr. Ghazal remarked, “We’re excited to join IVI RMA, the pioneers of science-based fertility treatment who have been recognized leaders in patient-centered care since their inception 25 years ago.”

Halo Fertility, situated in Rolling Hills Estates, has built its reputation under the guidance of Dr. Matthew Macer, a leading reproductive endocrinologist. Dr. Macer expressed optimism about the partnership stating, “Our patients deserve to receive unparalleled patient-centered care and the latest in reproductive technology and becoming part of the IVI RMA family of fertility clinics will ensure we deliver on that promise.”
