Serial entrepreneur’s data-driven approach to body optimization is backed-up by his ‘7 pillars of health,’ a concept which compliments Bryant’s weight loss methodology.
“I teach the MEAFY diet, I kind of coined that … I should have trademarked it,” Kenan Bryant laughs. Having created ‘The Body Optimization Blueprint’ in January 2023, Bryant – also known as ‘The Sculptor Coach,’ added a personalized strategy that revolved around seven key pillars: activity, fasting, hormones, sleep, strategic supplementation, weight training…and of course, food. The acronym “MEAFY” actually stands for Meat, Eggs, Avocado, Fruit, and Yogurt as they’re five feasible nutritional options for supporting insulin sensitivity, combat inflammation, and is a solid mix of protein, fats, fiber, and carbohydrates. If you combine these five foods throughout the day, you’ll ensure that you’re getting plenty of micronutrients, good gut bacteria, and calories but most importantly these foods help keep inflammation down and keep insulin and glucose under control, which I can’t stress enough how important these are to transforming your body.”

Bryant’s mission for the establishment of ‘The Body Optimization Blueprint’ was to show society that there were alternate methods to get healthy and achieve that optimal ‘look’ without having to stick to a regimented diet. “In theory, society has created this story that dieting is hard because of certain foods we should and shouldn’t eat, but with this blueprint it creates a concept of knowing when to eat as opposed to what to eat … something you can live by on a regular basis – long term.”
This mission was a result of Bryant traveling across the U.S. while living in an RV for two and a half years, a routine that was “slightly detrimental to his overall health” – he says. He started doing research, and hiring coaches and learning a new way to create his “dream body” without killing himself in the gym, counting macros and steps and blah blah blah. Having been on testosterone replacement therapy “TRT” since the age of 29 – and knowing the importance of it when working synergistically with diet and nutrition, he set out to use his new knowledge “hack the body” into burning fat, gaining muscle, and lose weight faster and EASIER than ever.
Through trial and error and repetition, Bryant discovered the benefits of incorporating blood work reviews into his blueprint, using it as a framework to maximize the body. “The ‘Internal Blueprint’ (blood work biomarkers, etc.) and the healthy, active ‘External Blueprint’ (exercise, optimal sleep, nutrition, etc.) need to be in sync in order to work,” he says. “If one thing is off, it’ll set off a chain reaction of misalignment.”
Armed with data (and a telehealth team) on how to properly utilize medications to support the human body as opposed to hurting it, as well as the seven pillars, Bryant’s Body “Optimization Blueprint” starts with our telehealth doctor getting your labs called in and then reviewing and discovering any inefficiencies which could range from things like liver or kidney damage, to low levels of sodium, testosterone, estrogen, Vit D, Vit B12, T3, progesterone, etc.
From there a supplement routine is created to restore those levels with both core and targeted supplements beneficial to the restoration process. “So there’s core supplements like multivitamins, Omega 3’s, Vitamin D, Magnesium, B vitamins, and then there’s targeted ones to support blood work that help reduce viscosity in the blood or help the kidneys filter better should you have higher kidney numbers,” Bryant explains.
“… and then we get into peptides. Peptides! They’re the icing on the cake when it comes to results.”
“And I’m not just talking GLP1*,” he continues, “there’s growth hormone for inflammation or tesofensine for increased metabolism, mental focus, clarity, and better mood. So there’s lots of different peptides in different formulations.”

With a variety of oral, injectable and topical solutions, Bryant’s potential clients have multiple options to implement his blueprint and realize efficient and effective results, with Bryant pointing out that his clients have achieved incredible health and wellness gains in just two-to-three months. If the blood work is the catalyst for unearthing any potential irregularities within the bodily system, the seven pillars are the meat and potatoes of Bryant’s program.

Kenan Bryant 7 Pillars of Health
Optimal Sleep:
Kenan champions for six or more hours of sleep as an ideal support system for keeping glucose under control. Techniques such as dimming the lights, wearing blue light blocking glasses, and hot epsom salt baths (along with many other tips obviously) are recommended with Kenan alluding to the fact that sleep is or could honestly be ‘the most important pillar’ because a lack of recovery means no recovery at all.
Food (MEAFY Diet):
Meat, Eggs, Avocado, Fruit, Yogurt
Five basic food groups make up the MEAFY diet, which can be mixed and matched or consumed individually. “If you combine most of those food groups throughout the day, you’re getting almost all vitamins, minerals, nutrients, fibers, proteins, macros, fats, and carbs,” Kenan says. Not to mention the insulin and inflammation support they create.
Fasting:
“Fasting is important, but can be a little tricky, especially with women because women tend to have thyroids that are irregular and fasting can be detrimental to regulating it, but they’ve been fasting to lose weight for so long that we get to create new habits for them – it’s a process that only we would know from a blood work review from someone who knows what they’re doing,” Kenan shares. “I teach fasting until you’re hungry (especially men), so usually five to seven hours after you wake up. Use that time in the morning to consume caffeine, vitamins, greens, all the stuff that clears your gut from the night before.” Kenan shares that fasting gives the digestive system a chance to reduce inflammation and prepare itself for the next time you put food in it. This in-turn regulates the body and gives it a better idea of what fats, carbs, sugars and proteins are and where to put them!
Activity (aka NEAT – Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis):
Kenan suggests going on a walk every day, IN PEAK SUNSHINE helps the circadian rhythm and sleep patterns. “20 to 60 minutes is ideal. Ultimately, you’re just trying to increase activity, so parking further away from the front door, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, but engage in some form of activity as well as getting out into the sun. People usually tell you to avoid the sun at the hottest part of the day but that’s when you absorb the most Vitamin D – just don’t burn obviously.” Other forms of heat exposure are also recommended, with options such as saunas, hot yoga, and high intensity interval training a substitute if you don’t have the luxury of living in Kenan’s favorite state of Florida.
Workout-Resistance Training:
“Two days a week, minimum, resistance training,” Kenan stresses. “In the beginning, as we’re increasing insulin sensitivity, we’ll increase the days that we do resistance training, and reduce the days we do other activities.” What resistance training involves is going to almost failure and could be a full body workouts like Orangerheory, F45, etc or a classic Upper Body, Lower Body day. Incorporating fan bike sprints, cycle class, or just sprints a few times a week post resistance training can accelerate results as well.
Strategic Supplementation:
Kenan and his team create a supplement routine to maintain and improve the health of his clients using a blend of core and targeted supplements (as mentioned above). This is always evolving and he often changes his sources and practices. So being a part of his program is the only way to get the real supplement protocols based on your blueprint layout.
Hormones & Medication:
Once the blood work review is carried out. The goal is to get the key hormones under control and ultimately fully optimized by using specific medications recommended by an in-house telehealth doctor. “A lot of people nowadays are scared of medications because of ‘Big Pharma’ and mainstream media,” Kenan claims. “What they need to understand is that we have a lot of data on what medications are necessary for the body optimization process, and we (in the biohacking and progressive longevity world) know how to use them to support and biohack our body versus hurting our body.”
Peptides and Research Molecules
Peptides get their own section on his pillars of health because peptides are what Kenan claims “makes everything work tenfold – but only kind of work if you’re not hormonal optimized and following the MEAFY diet.” Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as messengers in the body, influencing physiological processes. For example, regulating blood sugar levels and promoting weight loss. Certain peptides, such as HGH-191aa (Human Growth Hormone) is known for promoting muscle growth, fat loss, and overall rejuvenation.
At age 41, Kenan Bryant has mastered the art of creating a real lifestyle out of living lean and healthy – “Fit people do fit things” he laughs.
